Trained as an engineer (X, Bridges and Roads), I spent 30 wonderful years as a director and manager in the EDF group: regional director, HRD and transformation director.
I also lead the development of the strategic plan for a company of more than 8,500 employees.
At 50, the desire for a new professional challenge and daring to make my own decisions have led me to my second professional life : I repositioned myself 4 years ago as a Coach for executive support and outplacement, and I love this job: helping, participating in the development of a project, having an impact, I am delighted!
